Internship Overview: As an intern in our Corporate Banking - Cash Management department, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the operational and compliance landscape of a dynamic financial organization. This hands-on learning experience will provide valuable exposure to day-to-day workings of a Corporate Banking - Cash Management department.

Key Responsibilities:
Internship Learning Areas:
You will support the Relationship Management and Cash Management teams in delivering high-quality services to corporate clients. This internship provides hands-on experience in corporate banking operations, client onboarding, compliance (AML/KYC/CDD), GDPR, and payment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to prepare and review prospect and client files, ensuring compliance with AML, KYC, and CDD requirements.
Support the corporate client onboarding process, coordinating with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and smooth account setup.
Assist Relationship Managers in preparing client meeting materials and maintaining accurate client records in internal systems and CRM tools.
Follow up on internet banking onboarding and provide guidance to clients regarding digital banking services.
Support cash management operations, including payment flows, collections, and liquidity management processes.
Provide operational support with document management, archiving, and process tracking in line with internal policies.
Assist clients with operational inquiries related to payment and cash management services.
Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and support the team in building the business development pipeline.
Support internal reporting and pipeline tracking for the Cash Management team.
Contribute to GDPR compliance initiatives, including research, presentations, and support in developing data security practices.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, legal, and IT) to ensure efficient processes and regulatory compliance.
