We are looking for a talented professional to join our Corporate Banking Division as a Relationship Manager Cash Management. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our corporate clients by delivering innovative cash management solutions that support their business goals and operational efficiency.
Your Role in Cash Management & Corporate Banking Relationships
As a Relationship Manager Cash Management, you will serve as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, identifying their cash management needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, delivering seamless and efficient services that elevate the client experience, foster long-term loyalty, and contribute to the continued success of our Corporate Banking Division.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing corporate clients, focusing on their cash management and transactional banking needs.
Identify, propose, and implement suitable cash management solutions, ensuring alignment with client business strategies and objectives.
Maintain a deep understanding of the bank’s cash management products and stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product, operations, compliance, and risk teams for the successful delivery and onboarding of cash management services.
Conduct regular client meetings to review account performance and proactively address any service or operational issues.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
Work closely with the Corporate Banking team to identify cross-selling opportunities for other banking products and services.
Ensure the highest standards of compliance, risk management, and operational excellence for all cash management transactions.

Skills/Qualifications
3–7+ years of experience in relationship management, preferably within corporate banking, cash management, or transaction banking.
Strong knowledge of cash management products, payment solutions, treasury services, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to manage relationships, negotiate and deliver compelling financial solutions to clients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative approach to working cross-functionally within an international bank environment.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced proficiency in English (Dutch or other European language is a plus).
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant field.
