The Cash Management (CM) Department is a key part of our Corporate Banking Division, dedicated to providing innovative cash flow solutions and payment services to our corporate clients. As a crucial contributor to the bank’s corporate funding base, CM plays a vital role in facilitating domestic and international transactions while supporting the bank’s commission generation efforts.
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in managing client portfolios, optimizing corporate funding, and driving new business opportunities. Your expertise will be essential in facilitating domestic and international transactions, cross-selling financial solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal teams. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the bank’s AML and risk management efforts by overseeing customer onboarding, due diligence, and transaction monitoring.

Your role:
Responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring accurate financial and credit analysis, maintaining credit quality, and coordinating with internal departments for successful transaction completion. This role requires a strong focus on customer relationships, financial analysis, and market awareness to drive performance and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a customer portfolio composed of Cash Management clients
- Ensuring near-perfect handling daily transactions of the customers
- Executing the operational workflow with clients and other related departments
- Acting as a first line of defence over identifying integrity risk factors, being alert at all times to detect any fraudulent, illegal or unusual activities of clients and to report them promptly to superiors
- Supervising account opening process
- Spotting potential clients and initiate contact.
- Promoting products and services of the Bank to clients
- With the priority of customer satisfaction, maintaining daily contact, calls and e-mails
- Preparing and contributing internal reporting activities necessary to measure and follow of the Cash Management Department
- Preparing all required marketing related presentations.

Skills/Qualifications:
Customer-Oriented Approach: Experience working with corporate clients, with demonstrated skills in external marketing and relationship building.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with market trends, regulations, and macroeconomic factors that influence corporate banking activities.
Experience: Experience in Front Office roles or credit underwriting is a plus.
Prior experience in financial analysis, customer relationship management, or corporate banking is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- A CFA, ACCA, or similar financial certification is a plus.
- Strong academic background in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and corporate banking is preferred.
