Your role

The Treasury Services Specialist (TSS) is mainly responsible and have the expertise to monitor, guide, and work closely with your team to ensure smooth and efficient processing of all daily back office tasks (pre and post-trade activities required for a full range of treasury products throughout the lifecycle from trade capture, enrichment, confirmation/affirmation, matching, settlement to reconciliation as assigned) and process all tasks strictly in adherence with the policy and procedures and service standards.

The TSS also prepares the introduction of new products with the Business and is involved in testing the implementation of enhancements/upgrades on the core system. The TSS is also participating in various projects within the Bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all necessary operational actions for OTC Option trading; from trade enrichment, data control and authorization, confirmations and affirmations, premium processing, expiry/assignment and exercises
• Take a role in the operations of SWAPs (IRS/CCS/OIS) trading; from trade enrichment, data control and authorization, confirmations, MtM, fixing, and settlement
• Manage deal processing including confirmation & settlements, control and and authorization of all treasury and customer deals (FX/MM/Derivatives)
• Follow FX netting agreements, create and authorize netting figures, and manage the CLS deals
• Ensure smooth cash management operations, including managing the bank's nostro cash accounts and projections
• Daily reconciliation of nostro, suspense, and depositary accounts
• Ensure that all daily tasks are performed/processed in line with our internal policies, strategy of GBI and customer demands
• Perform any additional tasks to support other Treasury Services activities, when it is required
• Enhance and contribute to process improvements for system and workflow optimizations
• Follow the legislative changes regarding risk regulations, performing
  impact analyses and involved in the implementation phases by maintaining Data Quality Control
• Take part in new treasury product end to end process; booking, settlement and reporting and monitor project progress by managing the backlog items to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with the audit teams and lead the walkthroughs

• Proficient user of MS Excel, good knowledge with MS Access, Power BI

Education

• 8+ years working experience in treasury back office or similar field within the European financial market or experienced in EU regulatory reporting processes.

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
