Your role:
As a Business Analyst Systems of Engagement POM/ Deal you lead complex business analysis projects; develop and implement solutions that address critical business needs; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success; actively contribute to strategic planning and process improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in business analysis and Agile methodologies; advise on best practices and solutions; lead critical projects with significant impact; contribute to the development of standards and procedures; mentor other business analysts, ensuring the adoption of industry-leading practices and the successful delivery of high-impact projects. Emphasis on continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
- Lead process enhancements across existing systems to optimize performance and improve efficiency.
- Create user stories, define test scenarios, and oversee planning and the user acceptance process for system improvements.
- Support various process enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.
- Coordinate IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation.
- Generate and review periodic control reporting, taking necessary follow-up actions to maintain standards.
- Define process control points and ensure they are effectively monitored and optimized.
- Conduct gap analysis between internal policies and procedures, identifying areas of improvement.
- Keep procedures up to date, ensuring compliance and alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and follow up on KPI’s related to operational excellence, proposing new metrics where applicable.
- Contribute to new product and service studies, providing valuable insights based on market and customer data.
- Analyze customer behavior and trends to inform decision-making and business strategies.
- Manage relationships with both new and existing third parties, overseeing requirements definition, contract review, and solution implementation.
- Conduct impact assessments to ensure that existing processes and systems are evaluated and improved.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Payments Expertise: Strong understanding of payment systems, including instant payments (SEPA Instant, SWIFT GPI, RTP, TARGET2) and cross-border transactions.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations such as PSD2, AML, KYC, and payment security standards.
- Technical Acumen: Experience with APIs, payment gateways, and system integrations related to payment processing.
- Agile Product Management: Expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to work with diverse teams, including developers, compliance, and external payment providers.
