Key Responsibilities:

• Learn the configuration and operation of business applications to meet business requirements and ensure operational continuity.
• Participate in low and medium-impact changes related to functionality and lifecycle management.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, conducting root cause analysis and basic problem management.
• Support the application management team in analyzing and closing risks related to the IT environment.
• Assist in testing activities.
• Provide support for end-user requests and address functional questions.
• Engage in team scrum events, standups, and planning sessions.
• Manage tickets and changes using service management tools and the Atlassian platform.
• Contribute to workplace projects, such as upgrading to Windows 11 and its components.
