Relationship management in global market sales within private banking is crucial for building and sustaining strong connections with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals across diverse regions and markets. We are currently seeking a highly experienced professional with a successful track record in private banking and an established network of U/HNWI clients to join our team.
In this role, you will manage and develop a portfolio of HNWI client relationships, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and growth. You will actively expand our client base through referrals and leveraging your personal network. Additionally, you will ensure that each account is diligently serviced and maintained, adhering to our bank’s high standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Effective relationship management in global market sales within private banking mandates a blend of financial acumen, interpersonal finesse, and unwavering dedication to client prosperity. Your pivotal role involves:
- Client Portfolio Management: Onboard and manage HNW/UHNW clients from your target (Turkey) market. Understanding each client's financial aspirations, risk appetite, and investment inclinations to deliver tailored solutions and personalized service.
- Networking and Business Development: Leveraging existing networks and proactively seeking new opportunities to augment our client base and capitalize on market trends. Utilize your existing personal network to acquire new relationships and achieve targets.
- Customized Solutions: Crafting bespoke financial strategies to address the complex needs of private banking clients.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Ensuring rigorous adherence to regulatory requirements and safeguarding client interests and the bank's reputation.
- Client Education and Communication: Providing transparent communication, regular updates, and insightful guidance to empower clients in their wealth management journey.
- Retention and Loyalty Building: Fostering enduring relationships, exceeding client expectations, and enhancing satisfaction and retention rates.
- Ensuring proper maintenance and servicing of accounts in accordance with Garantibank International N.V. policies.

Skills/Qualifications:
Experience & Client Portfolio
- Over 10 years of proven relationship management experience as a Private Banker within banks or investment management firms, including securities firms.
- Current portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients, each with a minimum size of €1M, totaling over €100M in assets under management.
- Established a strong, high-quality private banking book, generating consistent income.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term relationships with UHNWIs.
- Exceptional communication skills, fostering deep, trust-based client connections.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to business development and client acquisition.
- Strong, enduring client relationships are essential to success.

Fluency in English and Turkish is essential.
Education:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Law, Finance, or Business Administration, forms the educational foundation for this role.
