Internship Overview: We are a retail banking institution committed to providing exceptional financial services to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team and contribute to the efficient onboarding of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) clients, along with supporting marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

SME Client Onboarding:
Assist in the specialized onboarding process for Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) clients, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.
Collaborate with customer relation team to facilitate a smooth transition for SME clients into our banking services. -
Marketing Support: (nice to have)
Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies tailored for SME clients to promote retail banking services.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content, targeting the SME sector. -
Digital Marketing for SMEs:(nice to have)
Support the management of social media accounts and contribute to creating engaging content focused on the SME audience.
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns specifically designed to attract and engage SME clients. -
Communication with SMEs:
Communicate with SME clients to collect necessary information and documentation, providing assistance when needed.
Coordinate within the department to relay important information regarding SME client onboarding. -
Data Entry:
Input SME client data accurately into our systems, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
Perform routine data audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of SME client information. -
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the retail banking team as needed.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation..
